Playa Grande Resort Optional All Inclusive, Cabo San Lucas

The hotel was positioned conveniently near the marina, making it easy to explore the area. My room was spacious and cozy, but I did find it a bit noisy from the surrounding city. The service was efficient and accommodating, though some pool areas could use better cleaning. Overall, there were some great amenities and activities available, which added to the experience.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the staff provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to make us feel special, the location was a bit of a letdown, and I was disappointed that the room wasn't ready until after 3 p.m. The facilities, including the pool area, were nice, but I felt a bit out of the way from the main attractions. Overall, it offered good value but had some drawbacks that impacted my stay.
